It was founded by Reed Hastings and Marc Randolph 25 years ago on August 29, 1997. 

The Vanguard Group, Inc. got the highest shares 7.78% of 34,584,601. It also keeps the highest shares in Mutual Fund at 2.94% of Netflix

 Vanguard is founded by the ex-chairman of the company, John C. Bogle. And now the company has a revenue of $7- $10 billion with 18,800 employees.

After the Vanguard Group, the world’s largest asset management company, BlackRock holds the maximum shares of 6.25%. 

Founder Reed Hastings is the Co- CEO of Netflix and has recently bought $20 million of shares in the streaming company.

Peabody Award member Ted Sarandos is also a chief content officer of Netflix. He serves Netflix’s original programming and entertaining content.
