Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) is an IPL cricket franchise representing Hyderabad, owned by Sun TV Network (Kalanithi Maran / Maran family / Sun Group). Formed in 2013 when the Sun Group acquired the Hyderabad franchise after Deccan Chargers’ contract was terminated by BCCI, SRH won its first IPL title in 2016 and plays home matches at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad.
