Mr. Agarwal spent his initial years on Digital exchanges with natural migration into GSM. He worked within Cellular Operations, Mr. Agarwal ensured that Innovative VAS products were conceptualized and rolled out quickly, with unmatched features and flexibility from the R&D lab which he set up.
Most noteworthy, He is the Director of PT Metrotech Jaya Komunika Indonesia. Consequently, Mr. Agarwal completed Electronics Engineering & Masters (Hons) in Physics from BITS, Pilani. Later he picked excellence in Operations through Post Graduate degree from IGNOU.
