Aaj Tak is owned by TV Today Network Limited — a listed subsidiary of the India Today Group, India’s largest magazine and digital media conglomerate. TV Today Network is promoted by Living Media India Limited, which is controlled by Aroon Purie — founder and Chairman of the India Today Group. The Purie family (through Living Media) holds approximately 55–60% of TV Today Network. The remaining shares are publicly traded on NSE and BSE.
